Owners are able to drop-off their pet anytime during our regular business hours (M-F 9am-8pm / S&S 9am-6pm). As for pick-up, you are also able to pick up during regular business hours, however there are additional charges after certain times.

Owners are able to pick up or have an authorized person pick-up their pet during our regular business hours. However, between 11-3 there is a late pick-up fee of $25, followed by an additional night charge corresponding to their lodging after 3pm.

To view the cameras once your pet is checked in, go to Barklife.com and log into your customer portal as usual with your phone/email and password. After logging into your portal, on the top of the screen in the menu bar you will find a “Photo/Video” tab. After clicking this option, a sub-option will appear where you can select “Live Webcams.”

If you don’t receive your report card, they are always available via your customer portal underneath the“Photo/Video” tab you will see a sub-option “View Report Cards” to access any past report cards sent to you.

We take boarding dogs out 4 times per day.

No, all of our lights are on dimmers and we dim them down 50% so it is at a comfortable amount of light where no dog is in complete darkness but can still sleep soundly.

We ask that all owners pre-bag their pets’ meals via individual ziplocks for am and pm feedings. If you would like to bring one large container for your pet’s stay, there is a $5 food dispense fee. If you would like to opt into using our house food (Earthborn), that is available for $3 a day.

Absolutely! You are more than welcome to bring any canned wet food or refrigerated food for your pet to eat during their stay.

Yes! We are staffed 24/7, 365 days a year.

Dogs boarding are required to have a checkout bath after 3 nights of boarding starting the first night. The cost for checkout bath varies by weight and coat style, with prices available on our rules and regulations that can be accessed via our website or your customer portal. You can substitute a bath for a scheduling grooming appointment as well given available spacing.

Yes, we charge $1 per dose for all medications, including pills, eye droppers, insulin shots, etc.

Given your pets fit into the weight capacity of the lodging booked, we have the standard nightly charge for the first pet, with any additional pet having a 20% off the room cost.

For the safety of our guest all vaccines must be current as well as the K9 Influenza.
